Loughborough University Library is seeking applicants for the role of Senior Library Support Officer.
Reporting to the Content Provision and Access Lead the post-holder will work:
This is a very exciting time to join a highly regarded University and a Library service that receives excellent staff and student feedback. The Library strives to ensure that it offers a good service to users that keeps developing to meet their needs. It has recently implemented a new inter-library loans management system and we are in the process of moving to a new reading lists system. The applicant will have the opportunity to review these services and be at the forefront of their development.
This is a full time, permanent post based at our East Midlands Loughborough Campus. The post holder will work closely with colleagues in the Library and across the wider University. Whilst there is some opportunity for hybrid working with this post typically the applicant would be expected to be on campus 4 days a week to manage the responsibilities of the service.
