Job description
Based in Loughborough University London’s Student Recruitment Marketing team, no two days are likely to be the same for our new Marketing Assistant. You’ll be busy supporting a wide range of marketing activity and getting involved in the day-to-day practicalities of engaging with potential students, communicating key messages to current students, and supporting academics and professional service staff in achieving their goals through marketing solutions.
You will get hands-on helping the team with a wide range of digital marketing activities, events (virtual and in-person), CRM, project management and teamwork. You’ll work closely with colleagues to make the most of opportunities to raise the University’s profile, innovate, and deliver successful, head-turning campaigns.
You will need to be highly organised, have a natural ability to connect with people at all levels, and have the desire to use and/or develop practical skills across the marketing and promotional mixes, most notably social media and content creation. You will thrive as the new Marketing Assistant if you enjoy a fast-paced environment, can work both collaboratively or individually, and are customer focussed.
