ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (EMWPREP)
Part-Time (15 hours per week) and initially fixed term to 31 July 2023
EMWPREP are looking to appoint an organised, flexible and driven individual to provide administrative support to the EMWPREP Core Team and colleagues working at partner institutions in the area of widening participation in higher education.
The duties undertaken by the post holder will cover a range of administration tasks and may vary from time to time. This role may on occasion involve travel and scheduled meetings outside of the EMWPREP host institution.
Applicants should have previous experience of working in an office environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should be able to cope under pressure and handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be expected to work under their own initiative to complete their specific duties but work well with the wider team to ensure an excellent service provided to EMWPREP partners. A flexible approach, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines are also required.
