Placements, Exchanges & Governance Administrator (2 Full-Time posts available)
The Programme Quality and Teaching Partnerships (PQTP) Team is seeking two enthusiastic team players to provide administrative support for international exchange programmes and work placements. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will enjoy liaising with students, School and Professional Service colleagues, plus partner organisations. In addition to maintaining accurate records and facilitating Turing Scheme payments to students, the post-holder will undertake a variety of duties to support the work of the PQTP Team, including committee-related administration.
Applicants will possess GCSE grade C or above in both Maths and English, together with A Level or equivalent education. You should have previous experience of working within a busy student or customer-focussed environment and be able to quickly get to grips with University policies and procedures.
Key Requirements
The post will be mostly based on campus, but with some opportunities for home working, as business needs allow. Occasional working outside of normal hours, e.g. to support open days and welcome events, may be required, with notice.
