Education and Student Experience Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Loughborough Business School for an experienced manager who will lead a team involved in supporting our portfolio of academic programmes.
With strengths in leading transformational change, as well as building and leading high performing teams, the new Education and Student Experience Manager will be a strong team player who has gained experience as a senior administrator; as an adaptable, logical thinker they will absorb and apply new information quickly and deliver accurate work when under pressure.
They will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and improve business processes to promote excellent stakeholder experience. They will have a solid record of personal development and the ability to grow talent within their team.
