IT Services are looking for people with a keen interest in IT to join a pool of IT Support Assistants who will help IT Services deliver support, upgrades and other IT tasks throughout the year.
Please note that this is not a single post with guaranteed hours, but rather a casual position which will be offered hours throughout the year.
We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn new skills, and have a sound understanding of using Windows and/or Mac computers and mobile devices.
We expect to offer hours throughout the year as required including possible extended periods of work during vacations. IT Services are about to embark on a major Windows 11 upgrade programme so we are also looking for people to help with the upgrade, configuration, asset management and hardware support.
Successful candidates will gain good experience of working in an IT and AV organisation and will support using a range of tasks including support, computer upgrades, hardware and software installations.
