One Full-Time (1.0 FTE) post on a fixed-term contract (20th November 2025, or until earlier return of the post holder)
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic team player to contribute to the work of the Academic Registry. Based in the Student Records & Operations team, this key customer focused role includes liaising with students, academic schools, professional service teams and external agencies to ensure that the University’s student information system is accurate and up-to-date.
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload. Providing an excellent service to students and colleagues in academic schools is essential and we are looking for an individual with the experience and skills to contribute to the team in this area.
The successful applicant will possess GCSE grade C or above in both Maths and English together with A Level or equivalent education. Good all-round IT skills, experience of working as part of a team in a busy office environment, customer service experience, ability to prioritise own workload and deliver to tight deadlines are also essential requirements.

The post will be mostly based on campus, but with some opportunities for home working, as business needs allow.
