School of Science
This position is full time and open ended however for the right candidate we would consider a minimum of 30 hours, or a job share arrangement.
The School of Science is seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to join the School's Administration Management Team. The successful candidate will manage the administrative processes for learning, teaching and student experience in the School of Science as well as leading other school-wide administrative projects.
Applicants should have experience of student administration as well as experience of developing and enhancing systems and processes. Candidates should possess a strong commitment to providing an outstanding service, be quick to learn and adapt in a changing environment and manage complex workloads to meet strict deadlines.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Learning and Teaching Managers to help develop, review and manage curriculum changes, embed compliance/regulatory changes and develop appropriate procedures whilst continuing to ensure a high quality experience for current taught programmes. The post holder will lead and have line management responsibility for a small administration team.
