Position: Full time (guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week), 5 days over 7. Mix of early and late shifts
Rate of Pay: £13.38 per hour

We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to lead our Food & Beverage team.
You will be responsible for supervising the day to day running of all food and beverage operations, driving and coordinating all business operational standards to ensure consistent customer service excellence. You will assist in training, engaging and developing a highly skilled food and beverage team to ensure the delivery of exceptional hospitality and a seamless guest experience.
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, who can lead from the front and be able to motivate your team. Together with your relevant experience of supervising a busy food and beverage or conferencing operation, your good judgement skills will enable you to make sound decisions and proactively solve problems.
