Loughborough Sport is looking for an ambitious and driven individual to lead and develop a high performing football programme at the University with a key focus on workforce development. The right candidate will possess a proven track record of delivery and many years of working successfully in the football industry, including coaching.
As the Director of Football you will manage and support a small team of dedicated staff, students and volunteers. We are looking for somebody with the ability to strategise as well as manage change and develop a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
