Building Fabric Operative
Estates and Facilities Management
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Fabric Operative to join one of the UK’s leading Universities in their Estates & Facilities team. You will work within the Building Fabric Maintenance team across the Loughborough campus, completing reactive works for students, staff, academics and tenants.
Your new role
The role will require you to support the building fabric maintenance team by comleting reactive and preventative works when requested via the online Archibus management programme. You will become familiar with equipment on campus to complete your role and undertake further training where required.
What you'll need to succeed
- City and Guilds technical qualification (level 3) in a related trade subject or equivalent
- IOSH Working Safely or equivalent
- To have IT skills in order to carry out the duties required by the role
- Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams
