Are you passionate about supporting student success and shaping graduate futures? We are seeking a proactive, creative and data-driven individual to join our brand-new Success and Outcomes Team, which will sit in our Students Succes Academy, within the award-winning Careers Network.
As a Success and Outcomes Associate, you'll work across key projects such as Graduate Outcomes, Access and Participation Plan (APP) and Personal Best. You'll analyse data to uncover trends and gaps and bring fresh ideas on what more we can be doing as a service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a dynamic, student-focused environment. Experience in problem-solving, data analysis, and relationship-building are key.
The position is full time, on an open-ended contract and based on our Loughborough campus. The job will offer dynamic working, working on campus at least an average of 3 days per week.
