Centre for Academic Practice
Fixed term to 27th March 2018, or the earlier return of the post

This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time Technology-Enhanced
Learning Support Officer to join the Centre for Academic Practice in this newly
created role to support the implementation and operation of key University
The role will provide high-level administrative support to the
University's technology-enhanced learning initiatives and projects; support the
operation of the University's core learning technologies; support the promotion
of effective, efficient and appropriate use of technology-enhanced learning
across all relevant areas of School operations; and support the broader
technology-enhanced learning activities within the Centre for Academic Practice
The successful candidate will have experience of working within Higher
Education, or be a graduate with substantial experience of supporting the
student learning experience, and experience of using a Virtual Learning
Environment to support the student learning experience. You will have
excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised and have the ability to
prioritise and meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of
attention to detail.
Strong IT skills are essential as the role requires extensive use of
Learn, the University's Virtual Learning Environment.
