This senior position requires an experienced, highly motivated professional to play a key role in the strategic and operational management of international student recruitment. Duties include leadership of a substantial existing market area with an ambition for growth and diversification across our international student portfolio. The role will have responsibility for the South Asia region, but we encourage applicants with international student recruitment experience within HE across a variety of global markets as there will be global opportunities. In addition, leadership and management of specific key operational areas within the Global Engagement Team is involved.
You should be able to demonstrate expertise in client relationship management, market research and analysis and be confident presenting to various stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and cultural understanding is vital. The ability to be proactive, to prioritise tasks and to work independently is essential. Significant amounts of travel are expected. A good honours degree or equivalent is required.
