We are looking to recruit a PA who will use their initiative to provide outstanding administrative support to the Commercial and Facilities Director.
The sucessful candidate should be someone who enjoys working within an open office whilst being able to maintain confidential information. They must have high attention to detail and excellent correspondence skills as they will be representing the department on behalf of the Director.
The role though independent will be part of a dynamic and fast paced team and office environment.
Working pattern is Mon-Fri, although occasional evening and weekend work will be required.
In addition to the salary there are a number of additional benefits being part of the University including a pension scheme. There will be a short test as part of the interview panel process for those shortlisted.
This role is not suitable for dymanic working.
