Chef de Partie (Link Hotel)
Full time post, 37.5 hours per week, 5 over 7, early, day and late
(when required) shifts

Imago is a multi-award winning business based at Loughborough University. Its portfolio includes two hotels, Burleigh Court and The Link as well as a specialist conference centre and we are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie for The Link Hotel.
To lead shifts within the Link's kitchen to deliver quality British, seasonal fresh food. Full-time working hours are 37.5 per week, servicing breakfast, lunch and dinner, 5 over 7 days, straight shifts.
The following experience is essential:
Worked to and assisted in the management HACCP procedures
Proven teamwork skills
Basic food hygiene
Work in a proven quality establishment
