Campus Services
Campus Services is the campus hospitality provider at Loughborough University. Providing accommodation and catering within halls and various outlets for students, staff and visitors.
Pool Concierge Assistants provide support in our busy Hall Receptions by providing a friendly and efficient welcome. Duties include checking-in guests, answering enquiries, using an accommodation database, monitoring fire panels, cleaning reception areas and undertaking general administration work.
We are looking for smart, enthusiastic and confident people with excellent customer service skills to join the pool of Concierge Assistants.
The positions currently available are on zero hour contracts. The shifts mainly take place in the evenings and at weekends. All shifts are arranged by mutual agreement and suitable training is provided. For details on the role please follow this link.
