Here’s more about the role and what we are looking for;We’re currently seeking an experienced individual, who can work with their own initiative as well as part of a team to join our busy Recruitment and Immigration Team. You’ll play a key role in administering our end-to-end recruitment process, from adverting to onboarding, as well as providing guidance to hiring managers, assisting them with using our HR systems and supporting on a wide range of immigration queries and activities relating to the new starter process; including right to work and certificate of sponsorships. You’ll have a can-do attitude and thrive on providing exceptional customer service to candidates and stakeholders.
Ideally, you will have some experience of working in a Recruitment or Human Resources department with a practical knowledge of employment law and UKVI legislation as it relates to recruitment. We will expect you to demonstrate attention to detail with an ability to prioritise workloads.
As the HR Recruitment and Immigration Officer you will be the first point of contact in the team, working alongside a small team of Officers and supported by a Senior Recruitment and Senior Immigration officer.
