Institute for Sport Business
Loughborough University London, based on the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, is a distinctive, research-intensive, postgraduate campus.
We seek a Professor of Sport Business affiliated to the University's Institute for Sport Business to further enhance our international reach and reputation. Candidates will have an internationally recognised profile in Sport Business specifically in the areas of either Organisational Theory, Sport Analytics or Sport for Development.
Strategic academic leadership and excellence in research and teaching will be evident and engagement with outside organisations expected. Candidates will have an established track record of acquiring external funds. The preferred candidate will undertake a key leadership role in the Institute. Candidates will be required to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the context of a collegiate, multi-disciplinary postgraduate environment and have excellent communication skills in both written and oral English.
