Marketing & Advancement
Loughborough University's award-winning Marketing & Advancement team is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Database Support Assistant to process and manipulate data relating to the University's donors, alumni and partners using The Raiser's Edge database.
Reporting to the Fundraising Projects and Database Officer and working closely with colleagues across a number of sub-teams the post-holder will be responsible for the processing,extraction, manipulation and analysis of data to deliver and inform communications, events, fundraising initiatives and partner activity. This includes updating information relating to donations, fundraising activity and associated administrative tasks.
The post-holder will be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of Excel Microsoft Office as well as excellent attention to detail, the ability to manipulate data and have an understanding of ways to segment data. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team using initiative and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload in a busy environment.
