We are looking for a qualified RGN with a diploma or degree in Occupational Health to join our OH team in providing a pro-active and evidence based occupational health service for 3600 staff here at Loughborough University..
As one of the country's top ten universities, we are committed to excellence and so we are looking for someone with a passion for delivering a first class service. This is a very busy and varied role and as we cover a huge range of activities and processes, it will test your experience and skills. Duties will include provision of guidance to managers and staff, case management, health surveillance and monitoring, workplace assessments and advice on reasonable adjustment assessments. In addition, there will also be requirement to initiate developments to the service, particularly in respect of staff well-being initiatives and health promotion. You will work with a great team, including an OH consultant physician, and have a close working relationship with the H&S team.
You must have a confident and resilient manner, be a good team player and an ability to work independently.
