Successful candidates will need to have a PhD and have a record of excellence which is contributing to the furtherance of knowledge in their discipline and which is recognised internationally. Evidence of academic leadership is also essential. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate a clear trajectory towards achievement at a higher academic level.
In exceptional circumstances the University can offer a market supplement of up to 10% of the maximum salary quoted per annum.
