School of Science
Maternity Cover position 31 January - 28 October 2022 or earlier return of the postholder.
The School of Science is seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to join the School's Administration Management team. The successful candidate will manage the administrative processes for learning, teaching and student experience related activities to the Chemistry Department as well as managing other school-wide administrative processes.
Applicants should have significant experience of student administration as well as experience of developing and enhancing administrative systems and processes. Candidates should possess a strong commitment to providing an outstanding service, be quick to learn and adapt in a changing environment and manage complex workloads to meet strict deadlines.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Learning and Teaching Managers to help develop, review and manage curriculum changes, embed compliance/regulatory changes and develop appropriate procedures whilst continuing to ensure high quality administration of current taught programmes. The post holder will also have line management responsibility for a small administration team.
