Corporate Services
Corporate Services have a job-share vacancy within the Security Admin Team, based at the Security Gatehouse.
The role requires a highly customer focused individual to welcome and assist staff, students and visitors to the University and to provide general clerical and reception duties. This will include providing a front line support service via telephone, email, and face to face, processing car park permits, preparing duty rosters, updating lost and found records and financial duties such as raising orders and the banking of sales over the counter.
You should be educated to GSCE Grade C (or equivalent) or possess relevant experience, be a team player, have excellent customer service skills along with significant clerical experience and good IT skills.
This is a part-time, open ended (job share) position working on a rotating shift pattern of 2 days (15 hours) one week and (22 hours) the next week. The days of work will be Thursday and Friday and alternate Wednesdays working between the hours of 7.00am and 3.30pm.
