This full-time post is offered on a fixed-term contract to 31 July 2021, with a November 2017 start.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead research projects within the Lifestyle Theme of our NIHR-funded Leicester Biomedical Research Centre.
You will have a higher degree in a discipline related to human biology or exercise physiology with a focus on the interaction between exercise immunology, inflammation and chronic disease.The role involves co-ordinating research activity investigating the impact of exercise on immune function, inflammation and its link with chronic disease. Applicants must have experience of managing laboratory research projects,working with human subjects, and experience of publishing research papers.
