Sports Development Centre
These are exciting times for sport at Loughborough as we aspire to be a world leader in Higher Education sport.
We are looking to recruit a demonstrably successful leader to inspire and manage a large team of over 100 operational staff who are responsible for one of the largest concentrations of specialist sport facilities in the world.
You will be leading the team through a period of substantial growth, with additional facilities being developed and more operational staff being recruited to enhance the end user experience of playing and watching sport at the University.
We want our sports facilities and programs to be world class and to consistently exceed the expectations of our national sports partners, our elite athletes and our 15000 students.
To achieve this you will be responsible for driving substantial culture change with a keen eye to detail you will instil a 'can do' attitude and a commitment to the highest possible standards of customer experience.
Our successful candidate will demonstrate flair, creativity and sound judgment in equal measure. You will have demonstrable experience of both leading and working within multi-site sport related facility operations that have consistently delivered high quality customer experience.
