Full Time Receptionist (Burleigh Court Hotel)
37.5 hours per week, 5 over 7 including weekends, early and late shifts
Early shift is 7am to 3pm, late shift is 3pm to 11pm, and middle shifts might vary
Salary is GBP 15,515.57 after the initial probationary period plus excellent benefits including pension scheme,
bonus and 25 days holiday per annum
The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate at all levels, be computer literate and a team player. A flexible, reliable and committed approach to work is essential as well as previous experience in a reception environment.
Duties include:
-Operating the switchboard
-Checking customers in and out
-Dealing with any customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
-Processing cash and credit card payments whilst on shift
-Adding any additional charges incurred by the customer onto the front of house system
-Being responsible for the cash float
