Sports Development Centre
Loughborough University Swimming is looking for an innovative and passionate Performance Coach to join its world-renowned swimming programme. This exciting position demonstrates the University's commitment to investing in staff who will contribute to the successful delivery of Loughborough Swimming consistently being the best performing British Higher Education programme at British Universities, National and International competitions.
Applicants should have a demonstrable experience of coaching at National and International level.
You will be a team player who will contribute to the vision, mission and objectives of the swimming programme, qualified to UKCC Level 3 (or equivalent), and primarily responsible for delivering innovative coaching sessions as part of a yearlong and quadrennial plan, fully integrating the MDT support team.
You will require excellent communication and athlete management skills. The role will additionally include being required to actively recruit athletes who will further strengthen and enhance the swimming programme.
