Loughborough University London opened on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in September 2015. We are seeking to appoint a new member of our Professional Services Team who will support students in all aspects of their studies and their student life as well as providing administrative support for the campus.
This is an exciting opportunity to be appointed in our third academic year of operation, to shape the way we support our students studying for Masters degrees, as well as our researchers, academic staff, and stakeholders. We want to appoint a team member who is enthusiastic about being involved in this venture, who is committed to being flexible about their role, and who will embrace change.
As a Senior Support Officer, you will work in the Professional Services Team providing support across a wide range of functions, for students and staff within the policies and procedures defined for Loughborough University, in general and for the London campus in particular. You will be allocated particular duties commensurate with this grade and will be expected to work flexibly across different roles with support and training provided, to enable you to undertake other duties as required.
