Sports Development Centre
Two Part-Time (32 Hours per Week) posts available. One position is Open Ended, the other is Fixed Term for Six Months

The Swimming Pool provides a world class training environment for British Swimming and British Triathlon. This is your chance to be part of the team that makes great things happen!
We are looking for inspiring individuals, to lead the way in creating outstanding customer care by promoting a friendly and welcoming front of house environment at the Swimming Pool. You will be sociable, enthusiastic individual with a 'can do' attitude.
Not only will you be expected to handle telephone and in person enquiries in a courteous and supportive manner but also respond to emails promptly and professionally. You will be administrating our "Learn to Swim" scheme using Learn2 and will need to be competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
These are part-time posts working an average of 32 hours per week. A shift rota is in operation which includes working a shift pattern alternating between mornings, evenings and weekends; bank holiday/closure days are also included.
