Mathematics Education Centre (MEC)
Part Time - Fixed Term
The Mathematics Education Centre (MEC) seeks to appoint a Research Associate (0.5 FTE for 21 months) to work with Professor Carol Robinson (MEC), Dr Keith Pond (School of Business and Economics) and Dr Chris Spray (School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences) on a research project, Transforming Transitions, investigating differential outcomes for students in Higher Education. The project is funded by HEFCE and is led by Exeter University with partners at Loughborough University, Birmingham University and Queen Mary University of London.
Applicants will be expected to have experience of developing research instruments such as questionnaires, focus groups and interviews and subsequent data collection and analysis and to hold a PhD in a related area
