Web and Digital Training and Support Co-ordinator
With experience of devising and delivering training for users in web publishing and other digital technologies, you will use your experience to support, train and develop colleagues across the University in a variety of creative and innovative ways both in person and online.
You will be a skilled communicator with the ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and engaging way. Your excellent practical knowledge of web and digital technologies will enable you to work across the whole of web and digital team to deliver appropriate training including for social media and video content creation.
You will also work as part of a team providing timely, front-line support for digital publishers across the organisation and your good writing skills and attention to detail will be used to create a range of training materials to support skills development.
