Wolfson School of Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering
Fixed Term for 12 Months, or until 29 September 2020 (whichever is soonest)
This is a Research Associate position within the Centre for Renewable Energy Systems Technology. The work is on a project looking at the design and commissioning of a second life battery energy storage system at Willenhall battery energy storage facility. The work will include both hardware and control aspects. The person appointed will be expected to work at both CREST and Willenhall.
This position would suit a candidate with a PhD in energy storage connected power electronics, with experience in on-line monitoring of batteries.
