Sports Development Centre
You must hold a valid RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or equivalent (supported by proven training record) and have previous lifeguarding experience.
The STA NARS lifeguard qualification may be accepted if accompanied by spinal and CPR units.
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will be enthusiastic, punctual and reliable. You will have basic literacy and numeracy skills and possess excellent customer care skills. It would be advantageous to have a valid first aid qualification but this is not essential, as training will be provided.
The post requires flexible working in the early mornings, evenings, weekends and on bank holidays and closure days.
