School of Social, Political and Geographical Sciences
Fixed term maternity leave cover for 12 months (or the earlier return of the post holder)
The School of Social, Political and Geographical Sciences is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to provide a comprehensive service to the Dean of School, support other members of the Senior Management Team as required, and to assist the Operational Support Officer with a range of HR activities, particularly recruitment administration within the School.
The successful candidate will have previous PA experience at a senior level, excellent diary management skills and minute taking experience. The ability to manage a variety of responsibilities and plan effectively to balance competing priorities is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important, together with the ability to work flexibly and closely with other team members.
