Loughborough University London opened on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in September 2015. We are seeking to appoint an Events Co-ordinator and Personal Assistant to the Senior Management Team (SMT).
This exciting role based on our vibrant and modern London campus will involve working closely with the Dean, Operations Director and the Facilities Manager to provide support to the wider SMT and in the planning and management of events. It will involve daily communication with academic staff, external organisations and other stakeholders. The postholder will need to have excellent organisational skills, demonstrate good use of initiative, and the ability to multi-task.
