British Triathlon is the National Governing Body for Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon in Great Britain, responsible for leading growth and performance of the sport.
British Triathlon has an exciting new opportunity for an HR Administrator and Receptionist. The post holder will be a confident and outgoing individual ideally with reception experience and entry level HR administration experience and a desire to develop those HR skills further. You will be working within a busy business operations team where confidentiality, attention to detail and being calm under pressure is key.
Duties for reception include answering and redirecting calls, accepting post, general administration and handling deliveries, as well as ad hoc support.
The role holder will act as the first point of contact for HR related queries, administering HR related documentation such as contracts of employment, assisting in the recruitment process, setting up of interviews and issuing of relevant correspondence.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual who will thrive on a busy and varied workload. The successful candidate will need to be able to handle multiple tasks within their working day. They should have relevant experience including excellent administrative and time management skills, as well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The role will be based at the British Triathlon headquarters office which is located on the Loughborough University campus.
