We are looking for inspiring individuals, to lead the way in creating outstanding customer care by promoting a friendly and welcoming front of house environment at, the university gym members, performance teams, athletics union clubs and the community. You will be a sociable, enthusiastic individual with a ‘can do’ attitude.
We aim to deliver a world class service. You will be the first point of contact for all members, performance teams and National governing bodies. The role will also involve making bookings for a variety of clubs, sports and facilities across campus on our booking's software. You will be expected to handle enquiries both in person and over the phone. Doing all this in a courteous, approachable and supportive manner. Responding to emails promptly and professionally is also essential.
There are various roles available, open ended and maternity cover. A shift rota is in operation which includes working a shift pattern alternating between mornings, evenings and weekends; bank holiday/closure days are also included.
