Senior Student Recruitment Officer
We're looking for a creative and dynamic professional to join our award-winning Marketing and Advancement department and lead the student recruitment function within the School and College Liaison team. You will be responsible for implementing the University’s liaison strategy with schools and colleges across the UK. This will involve raising awareness of Loughborough and strengthening existing links through the attendance of HE fairs, the delivery of presentations/workshops and the organisation of events.
With a strong passion for marketing and education, you'll have had significant previous experience working in a varied and fast-paced student recruitment/outreach role. You'll be self-motivated and audience-focused with the ability to demonstrate excellent organisation and leadership skills. You will also have demonstrable project management experience that is underpinned by an excellent eye for detail, and a robust approach to monitoring, reporting and evaluation.
