Sports Development Centre
Part-time 5 hours per week, term time only 31 weeks
We are looking for an inspiring individual to join our team of Fitness coaches in Powerbase, our world class strength and conditioning facility. You will demonstrate experience of delivering fitness related activity (ideally in a strength and conditioning setting), which encourages and motivates customers to industry leading levels of participation in a range of activities.
The successful candidate may deliver group workshops as part of their role and so experience of delivering various group training sessions would be advantageous and specific training will be provided where required.
You will support the development of a culture which delivers an exceptional experience for users through interaction, involvement, friendliness and innovation. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will be sympathetic and encouraging to group participants.
