We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable individual with a passion for student representation, an understanding of potential needs of international and/or postgraduate students and excellent organisational skills.
Student Voice work in conjunction with the Education Executive Officer and Postgraduate Executive Officer to support student representatives to ensure all students at Loughborough University (including the London campus) have their voice heard and the best experience possible. This role plays a vital part in the planning and delivery of our representation systems with a focus on international and postgraduate experience. We are excited to gain a new member of the team to be part of an exciting period of strategic growth for our department.
We also provide a confidential, non-judgmental Advocacy service to student in conflict with the University which is also a key part of the role. We help students with a range of issues, including academic misconduct, appealing results, disciplinary allegations, impaired performance claims or making a complaint against the University. We also organise the Peer Support scheme across the University so are a very diverse working environment with broad opportunities.
