Recruitment - Human Resources in People and Organisational Development
Part time 30 hours per week, ideally working Monday to Friday.

This is an important job responsible for end to end recruitment processes for diverse areas across our University. You will be responsible for placing adverts and liaising with our internal and external stakeholders. Day to day, you'll be advising and supporting our managers, administrators, Schools and departments who may be at different points in their recruitment exercises.
You will have some experience of working in a Human Resources department with a practical knowledge of employment law and UKVI legislation as it relates to recruitment. We will expect you to demonstrate attention to detail with an ability to prioritise workloads.
It’s a great service and you will need resilience, teamwork focus and the ability to liaise and influence positively a wide range of internal and external customers.
