Sports Development Centre
This post is to provide maternity cover for the current post holder between late February and December 2015 (or the earlier return of the post holder, whichever is the soonest).
We are looking for an inspirational individual to lead the way in creating outstanding customer care by promoting a friendly and welcoming reception environment. You will have joint responsibility for the supervision of Customer Service Assistants and provide some administrative support to the management team. You will be expected to handle telephone and in person enquiries in a courteous and supportive manner. We are looking for a social enthusiastic individual with a 'can do' attitude.
The post holder will work an average of 32.75 hours between term time and vacation time, working variable hours during term time and the vacation period.. There is a shift rota in operation which will include working evenings, weekends and bank holiday/closure days.
