Full-Time, Fixed Term for 36 months, with a starting date of 01/03/2023.
Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Research Associate position to work on developing new deep learning tools for optimization of space-air-ground integrated wireless networks in the Signal Processing and Networks Research Group at Loughborough University. The post is for 36 months and funded by the Engineering and Physical Science Research Council.
Applicants must have a PhD (or about to obtain a doctoral degree soon) in Electronic Engineering or in a relevant field and research experience in signal processing or wireless communications. Familiarity with wireless communications, MIMO, reconfigurable intelligent surfaces, machine learning, convex optimization would be an advantage. Candidates should have a strong publication record with extensive experience in publishing research findings in international journals and conference proceedings. Good programming skills and experience in Matlab and Python programming are essential.
