We are looking for inspiring individuals, to lead the way in delivering outstanding customer care and offering a welcoming front of house environment in one of our world class sports facilities here at Loughborough University. Whether it be our gym members, performance teams, athletics union clubs or community members, you will be the first point of contact for everyone. We are looking for sociable, enthusiastic individuals with a ‘can do’ attitude, someone who would be proud to be part of our team and will deliver a first class service to all of our customers.
The role will be based at one of our reception desks where you will be expected to handle enquiries both in person and over the phone. The role will also involve making bookings for a variety of clubs, sports and facilities across campus on our booking's software and responding to customer’s enquiries through our various email inboxes.
