SDC Senior Operations Officer
Loughborough Sport is offering an opportunity for an accomplished administrator with HR experience to join their busy Sports Development Centre (SDC) in the role of Senior Operations Officer.
The Senior Operations Officer will support our work by taking responsibility for a range of Operational and HR processes, providing high level support for HR operations to line managers and individuals within SDC. Ideally the candidate will have experience of working within a high-volume service orientated department with good knowledge of recruitment and other HR procedures and be extremely computer literate.
Further requirements are good communication and project management skills, professional customer service ethics, being comfortable with meeting and explaining information clearly and concisely to various stakeholder groups. You will also have a proactive approach to problem solving as you will be handling queries from many sources.
