Executive Support Administrator
The School of Science is seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to join its Executive Support Team. The multidisciplinary School of Science comprises Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematical Sciences, Mathematics Education, Physics and Foundation Studies.
The Executive Support Administrator will provide general administrative and PA support to the Senior Leadership Team across a variety of areas including Learning and Teaching, Research and Innovation. The Senior Leadership Team includes the Dean, Associate Deans, Directors and Heads of Department.
Applicants should have previous experience of working in a similar office environment, providing a wide range of administrative support. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be proficient in supporting meetings and minute taking. The successful candidate will have the ability to cope under pressure, handling high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment under their own initiative. A flexible approach, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines are also required.
