About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer, with a strong, demonstratable background in software development, to join our Student Information Systems Team. You will possess strong technical skills, preferably in Oracle or web-based technologies, with a supplementing set of soft-skills in the areas of communication and working as part of a team.
As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for the software development of work packages, in formal projects, system enhancements and support, supporting the range of the university’s Student Information Systems. You will therefore preferably, have experience and/or an appreciation of working in the Higher Education (HE) sector.
About your team:
The team consists of 17 IT professionals providing business analysis, software development, application support and systems management for the university’s Student Information Systems, working closely with managers and professionals from across the university in a collaborative approach.
