Sports Development Centre
As a result of an exciting partnership between, the LTA, the Tennis Foundation and Loughborough Sport we are now seeking a Tennis Programme Director who will be responsible for recruiting, leading and growing a team of professional staff and student volunteers engaged in learning, and delivering in all aspects of tennis development.
By instinct you are an educator, passionate about the development of people and tennis.
As the leader of a unique and ground breaking partnership you will be innovative, resourceful and inspiring. Strategic, committed to team building, and developing the skills and capabilities within your team are key expectations. But equally important we want somebody who is constantly learning, has a can do attitude, is fun to work with and exudes positive energy.
