Loughborough University is the world’s best University for sport and Loughborough Sport is one of the leading sporting hubs and ecosystems in the world.
The successful candidate will support the Women's Rugby Head Coach by leading on a club-wide Attack and Backs strategy which is aligned with the current game model. This will include Loughborough Lightning (Allianz Premiership Women’s Rugby) Loughborough University Students (BUCS) and Loughborough College. They will support the Head Coach in developing a top tier programme in the country and a team that is competitive in the top 4 of Allianz Premiership Women’s Rugby. They will work with and develop World Class athletes and transition student athletes to be competitive on the world stage.
The post holder will be expected to attend all Loughborough Lightning training sessions as well as all home and away fixtures (home fixtures are currently played at Franklin Gardens, Northampton.)
